Public transport is economically convenient, reduces traffic congestion, and is environmentally friendly. However, to fully enhance these qualities, thorough planning and co-ordination of services between local governments is required.

Article 1 - The government assists in the co-ordination of public transport services throughout Aloria. The government subsidizes 50% of public transport costs.
