MessageFine with us. However, we are not so much interested in reducing the budget, but would rather use the money freed by the de-bureaucratisation of our industries for new programmes for economic incentives.

MessageOOC: Generally, due to game mechanics, there is little point reducing the overall budget, as it also decreases the economy. In fact, here is where excessive deficit spending would even make sense to a certain extent, as it carries no penalties as in the real world. Apparently, the only effect it would have would be an increase in GDP.
