Message | Typically it means all. It means you are expected to sort the papers, plastics and so forth. Very tedious...., and it would be alot more money, as every building and every house would need a recycling plant nearby. here in Canada, we have local recycling garbage cans...you can throw anything other then household waste in there. |

Message | Exactly, that woud be how it was done, you would toss your recycleables into the appropriate box and then put it at the curb. As for commercial and industrial sites, they would likely contract with private enterprise to have the recycleables removed, and then delivered to an appropriate site |
