Whereas, Phone service is a necessity for safety, and also a necessity for a poor person looking for a job, or for a better job, and Whereas, Phone service is a natural monopoly, very hard to compete with on the local level, and Whereas, Even the 'luxury' uses of phone service are uses we hate to see individuals made to live without, We hereby propose that the government provide free phone service to all citizens of Kanjor. |
