Message | Originally, 'minister' meant 'servant', taking that into account, the NAP is not quite wrong in their choice of word. However, in our context, the minister title is reserved for Cabinet members, so the GP isn't wrong either. However, this scheme fits in with the declared authoritarianism of the NAP is is therefore unacceptable for us. The PSDM endeavours to make the public service and local government more transparent and more accountable to the people, not the exact opposite that this bill proposes. |
