Description[?]:
Opened by Martin Brno on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Revolutionary Workers Party. PREAMBLE: 1. Highways in Rutania are a central part of national infrastructure, both ensuring and aiding jobs for working-class Rutanians and businesses alike. 2. That damages and accidents on highways can involve substancial human and monetary cost to boh government and workers. 3. That Rutania does not have a specific policy on highway infrastructure 3.1 The Senate recognises that there are certain areas of Rutania with local governments keen to put their mark on this area, with industrious and ecological plans. We believe that centralising this issue is uneccessary, and support this matter being left up to local governments. |
