| To authorize the use of National People's Army for the protection and security of the Socialist Republic of Darnussia aganist the growing threat of fascist. Whereas, in light of the threat to the national security of the Socialist Republic of Darnussia posed by these threat to the democracy system; and Whereas, the Supreme Minister has authority under the Constitution to take action to aid and prevent acts aganist democracy against Darnussia: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the Supreme Council of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Darnussia Assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This resolution may be cited as the `Authorization for the Use of Military Force as Officer of the Department of Internal Security'. SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF NATIONAL'S PEOPLE ARMY (a) IN GENERAL- That the Supreme Minister is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the destruction of civil liberty, socialist, and democracy in Darnussia, in order to prevent any future acts against Darnussia by such nations, organizations or persons. (b) Authorize the Chairman of the Communist Party of Darnussian Republic as legal leader of the Department of Internal Security to use the National People's Army as necessary to achieved and aid the continuance of this socialist state. |
