| Kanjoran nationality is a highly prised status in Terra, due to the benefits provided by being a national and because of the immense prestige of being a Kanjoran. However we feel that because of those factors, nationality should not be handed out to each and every person living in our nation. Those born to nationals, or born in Kanjora, should automatically receive nationality. Immigrants on the other hand should have to pass a qualifying exam, they need to be able to speak our language, understand our customs, our economic system (ie our currency and job laws), plus they need to have an understanding of our system of government, of the Emperor, and of Kanjoran history. All of these are needed in order for immigrants to become good and loyal Kanjoran subjects. |

| Message | Just so that you know, the proper noun of Kanjoran is Kanjor. However, Kanjora seems to work to and I like it a bit better. Maybe we're actually going through a linguistic change! Think about that! The old adjective form of Kanjor was "Kanori", but it fell into disuse after the arrival of the 'Kanjoran' National Party and the 'Kanjoran' People's Party. Eventually, "Kanjori" became obsolete. I guess that "kanjoran" sounds more correct with 'kanjora' rather than 'kanjor.' Another option would be to spell kanjor as Kanjore, like Rome and Roman. |
