Message | Mr Speaker, Article 2 is illegal. A court order will force its repeal. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Then we will take it to court. If a Hospital must be built, if a road must be built, if a school must be built, if something for the better well being of the Empire and it's citizens must be built, then no one, and I mean no one has the right to say no to the building of it on that spot, unless that spot has a huge significance, such a culture or heritage wise. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, While we do not object to a legal challenge from the Imperial Court, we feel in this case the Bill of Rights is very clear. To quote, "The government may not deprive anyone from their property"; no exceptions, for public good or otherwise, are made. Again, while we are not discouraging a legal challenge, we would suggest it would be more fruitful for the Imperial Court to pursue an amendment to the Bill of Rights. I yield. |
