| SO as to alleviate the plight of those that toil but are unable to attain a sustainable lifestyle, we recommend that any persons who work at least 40 hours a week should be compensated monetarily such that they can afford a sufficient amount housing, food, utilities, transport, health care, and recreation. |

Proposed: There shall be a minimum wage at a level considered a "living wage," well above the poverty line for a full time worker.
