REFORMS
Defence there cut to pay the deal but the cut where smaller then expected. ( 66 billions against 75)
Justice gains 2 billions to figth people how are cut in prostiution and as want to get out of it.
Infrastructure gains 30 billion to modernize the transport network.. this is extra money to that sector...
Education and Culture that we spend more on defence then on education is not good. This investment will help the long term growth.Education is now 70% of defence costs...

Health and Social Services needs to modernize the public hospitals and to education the personal.
Science and Technology the cost of this have been lower then expected.. doring some projects finished a half year then previously expected.
Agriculture have going strong this year becose of that the guverment saves 43 billion. this is expected to grow...
Trade and Industry a better economy means that we need to but in less cash in guverment founded companys..
