Bill: Rehabilitation and Servitude Act - pt. I
Details
Submitted by[?]: Absurdist Labour Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2812
Description[?]:
A Bill proposing a refinement of the justice system and rehbilitation of criminals, as opposed to punishment. To teach one responsibility and allegiance is to do a world of good, by any means. NOTE: This Bill, which may seem limited and possibly controversial, is the first step of our intentions to amend or slavery laws (which are bound by treaty) in order to allow "slavery" for prisoners. I believe that this policy would be universally good, benefiting both prisoners, punishing, teaching and rehabilitating, and the public, efficient work and services. |

Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning gated communities.
