(Act 4 / Part 2)

Ownership of all industrial, commercial stocks, property and value is hereby given, from the government of Kafuristan, with this 2/3rds resolution, to the "Maximilian Industries". This includes ownership of the petroleum industries, public transport, all businesses associated with the state (banks, tobacco production, as well as alcohol production companies) and all infrastructure productions, including ownership of government sectors, such as health, police, fire department, education, the media and the defense industries, as defined by the proposed articles of this document. This document shall be associated with document labeled "(Act 4 / Part 1)" and in order for them to take effect, they must both be passed by a 2/3rds and respectively be amended both by a 2/3rds.
