| With this constitutional document, the government of Kafuristan, under the guidance of the Maximilian Industries, orders the formation of a new branch of justice enforcement, with its details analyzed as following: - Upon passing, the Justice Ministry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense, shall form the Maximilian Guard, which shall be consisted, under international law, by all military forces of Kafuristan, including paramilitary armies of any political groups involved, and a privately funded police by the Maximilian Industries. Further details are considered part of the government of Kafuristan, with its information protected by the Maximilian Industries. - Political groups that fail to adhere to the aforementioned necessity shall be declared illegal without notice, with all of its political members declared state fugitives and criminals. The Maximilian Guard shall attempt to apprehend them and continue as stated in the legislation. - This resolution is enforced by the following articles. Signed, Ajarid Maximilian |
