Message | Increasing regulation would be the opposite of "tax relief" as this bill is titled. More regulations would require more agencies to enforce those regulations, and hence more taxpayer dollars. This legislation seems inconsistent in purpose to us. Michael Garrish Chairman Democratic Capitalist Delegation |

Message | Hon. Chairman we appreciate your thoughts on the matter. However we believe that these new regulations will benefit Telamon greatly. We see no reason why new agencies will will be required to enforce these regulations. Our Ministry of Education has the capacity to enforce the regulations governing private schools. With regards to the issue of pornography the same agencies that enforce major movie production and film permit regulations have the capacity to handle this. Are the people not entitled to a tax break during a sustained period of economic progress? We believe that they are so entitled and continue to fight and protect their interests. Makonnen Bin-Adonie I President General Revolutionary Congress |
