Cabinet of the Commonwealth of Rutania hereby found a governmental agency named: Rutanian Weapon Trade Agency. The Rutanian Weapon Trade Agency: a.) is an institution which makes the connection between the partners of a weapon trading transaction. b.) is an institution through which both weapon import an export are carried out. c.) is an institution which supervises the weapon import and export and has the jurisdiction to forbid transactions on individual basis. The Rutanian Weapon Trade Agency is subordinated to the Ministry of Trade and Industry and is lead by the Secretary of State for Commerce.
