Description[?]:

In order to maintain a high level of public services, but also to encourage investment, the Government will introduce Publically operated Industries in those sectors deemed to be of strategic importance to the provision of high quality public service.
These to include:

1. Public Transportation (including, but limited to, Rail networks, Local and long distance bus and coach services, Airports, Local Light-Rail and Underground networks).
Vehicle rental (including Taxi's and private mini bus and coach hire) will continue to be maintained by the Private Sector.
Independent Airline Companies will also be allowed to operate alongside a National/International Publically owned carrier but will be required to pay "rent" when utilising Publically owned Airports (as will all Foreign International Carriers).

2. All Public Utilities (including, but not limited to, Power generation and all its subsidiaries including mining operations required for the operation of said Power generation facilities, Water supplies).
Mobile Telecom networks, and mining not directly required by Power Generation facilities will contiune to operate in the Private Sector. Should Private individuals construct power generation devices (e.g. Solar Panels) to power their own homes then they can, should a compromise price be agreed upon, sell the remaining unused power generated back to the National Grid.

3. The Health Care of the Nation will be provided by Government owned and supported utilities (including, but not limited to Hospitals, General Practitioner Medical Centres, Dentists, pharmacies et al). All agencies directly related to medical care will also be contained within the public sector (e.g. hospital cleaners, food providers etc).
Private practices will be entitled to operate alongside the National Health Service to provide non-essential services (e.g. non-essential plastic surgery), but will be heavily regulated at all times to maintain maximum quality standards.
