MessageApparently, the URP has some twisted definition of democracy.

Both, the current policy and the proposed one, are representative of a democratic system. The only difference here is between direct or indirect democracy. But it's still democracy nevertheless.

P.S. That's not the case with the current Head of State.

MessageActually our current HOS was elected, but there is zero proof that mayors are democratically elected under the current law. Lets clear up that confusion by spelling out that democracy should exist everywhere.
