| Preamble: - In accordance to the discussions with the delegation of the Holy Luthori Empire, one of our closest allies, the Commonwealth of Rutania shall send a High Attaché in the Imperial Court of Luthori. - This High Attaché would be the personal adviser of His Grace the Luthori Foreign Minister. - His Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty, Emperor Edward III of Luthori shall also send a High Attaché, as a personal adviser of Rutania's Foreign Minister. Presidential Executive Order: The High Attaché of the Commonwealth of Rutania in the Holy Luthori Empire shall be Veronica Mayday II., Ambassador of Rutania. |
