Message | Is there any justification for this? With the Guild structure in place the strike is merely useless violence on the part of the unions and only stands to harm the case of the worker and disrupt the democratic process, as it stands the Employer and the Employee have equal power if you disrupt the balance it'll take years to repair it. |
