Energy Localization and Reorganization Act

1) The energy grid and the providng of energy shall be left to be handled by the local governments to better adapt to certain regions of the nation.
2) Operation of energy production shall be run by a nationalized corporation, with only private, small corporations helping on a local level to adapt to the energy situation in each region.
