Bill: Private Nursery Act.

Details

Submitted by[?]: Liberal-Progressive Union

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2131

Description[?]:

Allows for private nursery schools to take the place of government nursery's. Private nursery's can better teach and develop the students due to better trained staff and better educated teachers. Since nursery schools are voluntary for young students, the need for government run nursery's doesn't apply.

MessagePreschool education doesn't fall under government education regulations, due to the fact that nursery schools are not compulsory. Parents prefer unregulated private nursery's that will better teach their children and give them more
individual attention due to better quality teachers.

MessageWhat are you talking about? "Older children (ages 3 and 4) enrolled at Pre-schools/Nurseries are introduced to the basics of language and interpersonal skills in order to help them prepare for later stages of education as well as how to react and play within groups." - That sounds like education regulations to me, quoted from the Education Act: Article 4. System.
We also take precedent with the idea that private nursery educators are of a better quality than public teachers. As they both go through the same training, and requirements to teach in public schools are high, those teachers would be of the same quality. However, what your bill does is remove the regulations on the quality of those teachers so anyone could teach those children bringing risks not only to the safety of the children but to any education that they may receive.
