| Act 1: The Pontesi Police Forces is hereby disbanded. All weapons, equipment, and facility are transferred free of charge to the Heimdall Global Security. Act 2: The Pontesisn Dynastic Empire hereby subcontracts security management of the nation to the Heimdall Global Security. Their shall be the only company allowed to take charge of the security of the nation. 40% of funding to the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall be transferred to the Heimdall Global Security as a paid for their job. Act 3: The government hereby authorize the sell of all type of weapons from conventional to nuclear, biological, and chemical weapon in the Pontesian Armed Forces to the Heimdall Global Security. Each sell should be negotiated between the company CEO and the minister of defense. Act 4:Pontesian Government hereby authorize the 50 km2 of land surrounding the current military base loaned to the Heimdall Global Security to be loaned to the Heimdall Global Security. Act 5:Pontesian Government hereby forbid any millitary official from entering the city of Poesy and any area surrounding the 50 km2 of land surrounding the military base loaned to the Heimdall Global Security. The security of the city shall be the full responsibility of the Heimdal Global Security. This act shall be considered as an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. |
