| The Emergency Decree is only a temporary measure. Though it has a designated timeframe of six months, it may be rescinded earlier once the situation returns to normal Article 1: State of Emergency is declared in Lerna and Poesy. Article 2: Curfew from 22:00 to 06:00 is declared in Lerna and Poesy. Article 3: There shall be Emergency Situation Resolving Committee. The role of the committee responsible for resolving the emergency situation is to prevent the recurrence of violence and the maintenance of public safety, not the political resolution of the situation. Article 4: Minister of Internal Affairs, Andrew Reynard, are hereby appointed as the Head of Emergency Situation Resolving Committee. Others appointment in the council shall be filled following a discussion between Grand-Vizier General and the Head of Emergency Situation Resolving Committee. Article 5: All government, military, and security official are hereby ordered to obey the order of the Emergency Situation Resolving Committee.
