| The current titles of the Cheif of State and Head of the Government are incredibly genaric and need to be changed. I am open to any input if you don't like the ones I've proposed. President to Dauphin Prime Minister to Proconsul Dauphin: The title of the King of France until toward the end of the 100 years War. Late it became the French equivalent to the Prince of Wales Proconsul: A Governer in the Roman Republican and later Empire. It is also the title of the leader of the Romulan Senate on Star Trek. |
