| This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1544">Imperial Constituion of Holy Luthori</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. This bill will also create the Imperial Constitution Oversight Council. ICOC will be an assembly of nobles who will have the responsibility of reviewing the Imperial Constituion. The exact powers of ICOC will be elaborated after the ratifaction of the Constitution. |
