Legalizing prostitution allows for regulation in the form of standards of accommodation and medical checkups while drastically reducing dangerous black market activity that inevitably materializes when prohibition is in effect. Legalization is an absolute necessity if the marginalization of sex workers is to be combated effectively. |

| Message | Statutory doesn't mean minors, it means when one person uses a superior position to force the other into sex against their will. i.e. blackmailing, an employer threatening the employment of the employee and yes a minor who is not yet capable of realising the consequences of the act. Government legalisation of prostitution is government endorsement of the sexual exploitation of fallen women and we in Action will not suffer it. |
