| AN ACT which adopts the following clause into Hobrazian Constitutional Law and makes it part of the Constitution of the Hobrazian Imperium officially: The Imperium Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. This Act requires a 3/4 majority to pass and a 3/4 majority to be amended or abolished after its passing. |
