MessageThere is no point in having all the brackets that we currently have for less than 2000. Our lowest income group makes 2140.

This is a simple, adequate tax that does without the needless complexities.

MessageWill take a look at the other and consider. However, it does seem new taxes will be levied on the first LOD$100 of income, currently tax-free, and this therefore would represent a low-income tax increase.

MessageYou are correct that new taxes will be assessed on 99 more LOD per wage earner, however, this is relatively irrelevant because no one makes less than 100. There is no reason to split up the taxes, just charge a flat rate to each person.
The 20% level for all income above 2000 is a way of making it progressive, because some parties here seem to hate flat taxes.

MessageThe 15 LOD per person assessed for the first 100 LOD earned will bring in a total of 476,000,000. We currently require 27,978,845,499 from the income tax. Would you support a bill identical to this one with an exemption on the first 100 LOD earned?

It really makes no difference, but would come out to a flat 15 LOD tax cut to every taxpayer, when compared to this one.

MessageLet's see what my corporate tax cut does before crunching the figures too much.

Shouldnt do much, that part of the tax system isnt hooked up yet. If you remember, we had a substantial amount of corporate taxes coming in when the rate was still 0%.

Also, it is worth mentioning that while I was working with this, I found out that it rounds all the numbers to the nearest million.
