| Altra legge che mostra l'atteggiamento naif che diverse parti politiche, anche di sinistra, mostrano nei confronti dell'operato delle regioni. In questo campo occorre urgentemente una legge nazionale contro il latifondo. Un'azienda agricola troppo grande può togliere lavoro a quelle più piccole, che finiranno per essere assorbite da quelle più grandi. E non è detto che alla somma di due aziende corrisponda la somma dei posti di lavoro, anzi, raramente questo accade. Mantenendo le loro dimensioni uniformate possiamo per lo meno evitare che le aziende di lavoratori si facciano la guerra tra di loro alla ricerca del profitto. La soluzione definitiva sarebbe la statalizzazione dell'agricoltura, ma la nostra proposta è stata respinta dal Parlamento. Ufficio politico del PSCdI. |

| Message | Con questa legge impediamo alle maggiori comunità di agricoltori agricoli di crescere. La legge attuale già permette ove questo sia un danno di intervenire, ma non sempre è così. Perché lacerare comunità agricole che funzionano? Un sistema pluriframmentato può diminuire la produttività e questo è assolutamente un male quando si tratta di ciò che per le persone è più vitale di ogni altra cosa: il cibo per il loro sostentamento.
