Bill: First Line of Defence
Details
Submitted by[?]: Proletariat Revolution Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2045
Description[?]:
As we aren't an aggressive nation, our army shouldn't be aggressive either. This bill will designate our army as our first line of national defence, and will never be used for offensive opperations; only defensive operations if another army should try and invade our land.
Our standing army will still be properly equipped with stellar arsenal (this includes and is not limited to defence missiles, both short and long range, and standard issue guns), armour (including and not limited to armoured vehicles), and excellent equipment (airplanes, subs, ATV...) etc... as our people matter and they shouldn't feel threatened by the presence of aggressive nations in the world, even if said nations aren't threatening our existance. |

From | Proletariat Revolution Party | To | Debating the First Line of Defence | Message | This is just your basic first line of defence, with no armaments outside of the standard defence missilesand normal bombs. There is nothing about nuclear weapons (those are another issue; and it has been specifically left out because it was already in debate) |

From | National Centrist Party | To | Debating the First Line of Defence | Message | We agree with the sentiment of increasing the power of our standing army, to a point, and vote in favor of this defensive army modernization proposal. |

From | People's Party | To | Debating the First Line of Defence | Message | I think we should be practical: our policy should be no offense, but we make exceptions if there is a crediible threat to our security. |
