Message | Whats the point? We are not an island. Stray animals, more likely to have diseases, can quite easily cross the border from Alduria, how does the government check these animals? How does the government stop these animals? It can't. Any sensible family is not going to want to get a disease from its pets, therefore they will act accordingly. Forcing the population to spend time registering their animals only leads to more work for the police, and the creation of more strays from people who do not need the hassle. |
