Message | We don't care whether some delusional people from an unexistance culture of "Austria" said that minimum wage is bad. It is our believe that the people must be guaranteed basic living and to do so then minimum wage is necessary. The minimum wage isn't too high that it will hurt the company. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, So, what the Democrat Party is saying is this: "we don't care if it makes sense or not, we just want to operate on our opinion because we are superior." We humbly submit that this body should be held to a higher intellectual standard. Yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The minimum wage only hurts the people. It is a hurdle over which people must jump in order to obtain gainful employment. When a minimum wage is instituted, the least productive are the first to be let go. This includes young people, the disabled, the elderly, and the inexperienced. We must never allow a minimum wage to be instituted because it creates structural unemployment. This is agreed upon by every economist in Terra, except the Marxists. Yield. |

Message | The Freedom Party seeks only to reduce the working class down like one would stew vegetables into some degenerative mush. The minimum wage in this instance merely ensures an adequate subsistence rather than the treasure give-away which the FP infers is taking place. How would his party rather such people live? Does he indeed state an adequate subsistence is far above what the workers deserve? |

Message | The fact that the argument doesn't make sense and come from a non-existance source doesn't lend any credibility to it. However, the Freedom party is of course correct that this body should be held to a higher intellectual standard; by not allowing their party to speak would be a perfect start to this attempt. We're also deeply confused by the FP lack of direction, they called us fascist and then they called us marxist. The mere fact that they failed to recognize that the act will guaranteed that the young people, the disabled, the elderly, and the inexperienced will not receieved anything at all shown their ignorant to economic and clearly allowed the Democrat Party to conclude that their economist is nothing short of an idiot. |

Message | The DP can be and is both Fascist and Marxist. Further, the DP is just attempting to silence discussion. Name calling is a childish act by the DP and it's minion, the ONCP. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, How does the DP intend to back up their statements? The elderly, young, and inexperienced would, under a minimum wage standard be FIRED FROM THEIR JOBS. Receiving SOME income is better than receiving none at all. Under a minimum wage, unemployment ALWAYS results. This is the consensus among ALL economists (except the marxists). Yield. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
