| Message | Like the other welfare benefits, itd be restricted by law as tender in exchange for that which doesnt attract a luxuries tax. This reduces the danger of child benefit being misspent on things like alcohol, drugs, etc. Additionally, we could empower children to report their parents if they misspend the benefits (eg: loading up on food for themselves but not feeding the child properly). |
