| 1. All acts of the "Council of Lords" established by the illegitimate Catholic Paeologi dynasty are hereby declared null and void. 2. The position of Chancellor of the Principality of Central Macon is hereby established. The Chancellor shall be the second-in-command of the Government of the Principality of Central Macon after the Council President and serve at the pleasure of the Prince. 3. The following system of governmental styles is established: a. His Serene Highness for the reigning Prince. b. His Tranquility for any other member of House Lusk with a title. c. His Excellency for the Chancellor. d. The Right Honorable for the Council President e. The Honorable for any member of the Council, present or past. f. The Venerable for any other high-ranking government official, including ministers of state. 4. The following orders of chivalry are hereby established, all with postnomial letters: a. The Order of the Northern Star, the paramount honor of the Principality. Prince's discretion to any person. b. The Order of the Lutheran Rose, the second honor of the Principality. Prince's discretion to any Lutheran. c. The Order of St. Adrian, the third honor. Prince's discretion to any member of the LCCM. d. The Order of Leopold I, the fourth honor. Prince's discretion to any person employed by any part of the Lusk apparatus. e. The Order of Axminster, the fifth honor. Only on recommendation of the Council Chairman to citizen of the Principality. f. The Order of Adrian I, the sixth honor. Prince's discretion to any person. g. The Order of the Silver Cross, the seventh honor. Prince's discretion to any person. |
