MessageThe question is does the state attempt to get involved with the methods in which people fund their lives, and clearly not giving money is not the same as telling someone that the law says they can not have children, or there is a legal limit, etc. Having children is legally protected, not legally, nor financially supported.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "We have a culture, a strong, vibrant, 'real' culture. Most of the outside world does not. They haven't bled enough for it." - Lászlo Nádašdy, former Deltarian nobleman
