MessageIt doesn't prevent people from having kids it prevents them from taking care of those kids once they have them. This bill will bring thousands of families under the poverty line. If this bill passes you better have a bill that says 5 year olds can get full time employment cause that is what it will take for families to survive is for everyone including children to have to work.

MessagePeople don't start out with kids and then begin work. They first work and then decide to start a family. If they are financially unable to provide good care, they just wait until they have improved their financial status and then raise a family.
