The purpose of this bill is to encourage private schooling. This will lead to more efficient education as schools have to have the best results to attract more students. It also leads to less tax, and less of the taxpayers money being squandered on beaurocratic inefficencies. The govt will pay for less well off children to attend school so as not to waste their potential. |
