Bill: Data and National Security Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: We Say So! Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2834

Description[?]:

In order to maintain the security of the Imperial Republic's borders and to guarantee that all peoples within this Nation work for the improvement of this Nation rather than against it the Justice will be given the right to monitor information without informing those being investigated. This will have the advantage of allowing the security services to operate and carry out their function of counter-intelligence and information gathering in order to bring justice to the people.
If you've done nothing wrong you've got nothing to fear. If you've something to hide you shouldn't be even here.

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.

Random quote: "Conservative, n: A statesman who is enamored of existing evils, as distinguished from the Liberal who wishes to replace them with others." - Ambrose Bierce
