These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 21:26:02, October 18, 2009 CET | From | People's Party of Rutania | To | Debating the Medical Malpractice Act of 2834 |
Message | The PPR would like the Orange Party to expand on their reasons for this legislation change. The PPR are not against this proposal but, currently, do not feel the need to change it. We would gladly welcome more debate and we remain open minded. |
Date | 23:57:38, October 18, 2009 CET | From | Rutanian Heritage Party | To | Debating the Medical Malpractice Act of 2834 |
Message | We feel that medical regulatory bodies will be better able to deal with cases of malpractice, having a far greater collective knowledge of medical procedures than patients. Allowing individuals to sue doctors without these regulatory bodies could prove disasterous, and there could potentially be a spike in frivelous law-suits against doctors for no purpose other than to get money. |
Date | 00:05:30, October 19, 2009 CET | From | Liberal Democratic Party | To | Debating the Medical Malpractice Act of 2834 |
Message | We echo the thoughts of the RHP so oppose this bill. |
