| By Order of His Royal Majesty, Archduke Konrad I: --the title of Pápež of the Terran Catholic Church shall be granted to HRM and his heirs --all non-TCC Voronans are stripped of all their rights as citizens --all political dissenters are stripped of all their rights as citizens --all citizens of foreign birth, or foreign heritage, are stripped of all their rights as citizens --all non-citizens residing in Vorona, not already under the control of a citizen, shall be considered the property of the Monarchy --male children of citizens share said distinction --all female Voronans are considered property of their fathers until married, in which case they are considered property of their husbands --the nation of Vorona is hereby an absolute monarchy, the word of HRM is law |
