MessageLooks great, love the names.

You can techincally add the Viceroy of Alduria through the Union, and the Baliff of Yishelem through the fact they are a vassal of you and the Baliff is the "Viceroy" there in Yishelem.

MessageOOC: I'll change viceroy to bailiff for Yishelem, although I would prefer not adding Viceroy of Alduria, out of respect for Aldurian sovereignity, and thanks :)

MessageOOC: Upon further reflection (that is remembering why I didnt include him in the first place) I think it wise not to include the bailiff of Yishelem, as to not anger the parties of that country, no need to take such an action that might displease them.

MessageThat is ture, but he is the representative of the Emperor in that nation. While they techincally do rule themselves like all the Colonies/Vassals/Union members, they still fall under the Emperor.

MessageOOC: Indeed, but there is no need to include him in the privy council, which is a very select organ of government mainly pertaining to the Luthori homeland.

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.
