| This act aims to provide education to prisoners so that they will be more informed of what is right and what is wrong. This will be helpful in transforming criminals into better and more useful members of society. Livelihood lessons for poor prisoners shall also be offered so that they will have a tool to help them survive the world once they are set free. |
