Bill: Breeding of the Peasants Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Ducal Delegation

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 2132

Description[?]:

Aldegar is breeding far too many of the wrong types of peasants. Is it any wonder we have so many young criminals and layabouts when we look at some of the parents? In the old days these kind of people were allowed to starve/die naturally or were just executed, but these days we mollycoddle them and allow them to breed, creating an ever-growing problem...It is time for radical action!

MessageAlthough we have very different reasons we do actually support this proposal. It is very radical but a radical approach is needed to slow population growth, particularly amongst those sectors of society which are unable to support the current birth rate.
