| All advertising must meet a national standard. Advertisers should take into account where there adverts are shown/placed and also the possible audience. Adverts should not: -contain nudity (unless it can be justified on educational grounds) -swearing -sex -sexual innuendo where there is strong chance that minors could view the advert. -racism -sexism To monitor these regulations an independent body will be created - The Hobrazian Advertising Standards Commission. This body will have powers to ban adverts (either entirely or only at certain times/locations) and place fines on the offending parties. |
