Messagewhich will not happen , a increase in the tax base or the population base, if the population base won't increase then we still have a tax base which would establish a more balanced budget , and we feel that the country should be able to have reserves for emergencies. if the tax base will not be there then what has the current policy achieved . if there is not a tax base, there are no companies and there are no reasons for having the policy you have still in place, yes it might make it harder for companies to flourrish , but it would allow the government to flourish. the government comes before any company in my opinion, and no i have not fully had the finding from the commitee on un- luthorian activies to act upon

MessageOOC: Just to explain something: the economics model in this game is broken, the only way to grow our economy is with a deficit. in game, we explain that deficit as income from our colonies, but IC we have a balanced budget, heck its illegal not to have one.

Mr Speaker,

Taxes destroy propserity, the government is big enough and industry insures employment, we strongly oppose.

I yield.

industry gives money so it can take it away again , so is it not beter for the government to have it rather than the companies, we can be sure of the goodness of the government as i believe we are all honourable men and therefore our nature should compel us to a good state. the government is too big i hear you say and i can believe that , but surely the CIL could reduce the size of government if it wanted to , i have a feeling many other parties would agree , yet has this happened ,no according to the peole who can choose to make the size of the government how they choose. taxes make people think about whether they can acheive things and whether they should, would not taxes on industry make people focus their labour to greater effect as they have to see the benefit worth the taxes they pay . if we increase a tax do we not ensure that reserves are available to help industry and help employment when times look grim , was not the british government faced with lots of debt because, it faced a deficit and it helped industry as you put it . we do need to help industry but we can only give what we recieve if we recieve more we can give and help more businessess and more people.Just because something has not happened doesn\'t mean we shouldn\'t prepare ourselves for a event that could dramatically change the face of national politics and the nation. the PCCA is a party wanting to be prepared for the future , to face a changing world and the problems that causes to the disadvantaged in society . Government must accept a responsiblity to industry and to jobs but also the Industries of this nation must be willing to show their corresponding responsibility to government and to the lives of their workforce . we do not believe that this should be statory but appeal to the honour of industry to provide their workforce adequately and beneficially , however the bond with government must, as the government has in this bond a price it may pay for support of business , industry and business must contribute to government, so government can adequatly contribute to industry and business.Taxes only destroy prosperity if the government spends unwisely, is the CIL not aware that it is part of government and must therefore should spend the money wisely , if industry insures so many jobs less money is needed to be spent by government and the budget would i am sure be positive. however i feel it is not so and the government needs to ensure employment of those not under industry . if colonies are causing a deficit then we use the money given by industry by improving the markets they can operate in ,thereby improving their short term survivial. The proceeds of tax for the benefit of those who are taxed. if business is big, government can be small, if business is small government is generally big . so does not a big government conclude that business is too small and therefore we should take from them to ensure a platform for greater prosperity , not destroying prosperity like the CIL would have you believe.

i yield

IC:

Mr Speaker,

Companies and individuals always spend more wisely than the government, that is the basis of a free market system, we must agree to disagree.

I yield.

governments look to long term gains in the economy or if they were wise they would.it is because government tries to look at money like a company that it does not spend it wisely.

our job as poliricians is to ensure short term funds are coverted to long term gains, we hope we achieve this through taxation, with promises.

we are not politicians but honourable men, and the industrial men should take us at our word.

i yield
