Bill: Power Anticipations
Details
Submitted by[?]: Communist Party of Kafuristan
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2132
Description[?]:
Although we primarily export so-called "black gold", we should definitely look towards using methods to generate alternative power methods in the near future. They are much more stable. When our black gold may eventually run out, we will not be impacted nearly as much if we begin preparing for the future's energy generation methods today. Also, the government will assure a much more stable role of our power grid, although private companies are still fully allowed to generate power. The local governments should also be able to maintain their power grid to assure that they remain productive and reliable. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
