Message	The VSPs reason is that we have no reason to be in most of these in the first place, the second reason is that few of these accomplish anything.

Message	The VSP would like to point out the reasons for the following then, and would invite to DP to put a cessation of this non-sense: Article 1: This treaty as fallen to the wayside in the past 300 years, nor is the genocide still underway from what we can discern. As a nation we have decided to be a non-interventionist nation, and since we have this position, this treaty no longer coincides with our belief as a nation. OOC There are no Welsh in Terra, Welsh people come from Wales. It is the same problem as criticizing Jews in Pontesi cough Article 2: There are two people on this treaty and it has done nothing for us as we still receive messages from other nations. OOC: If people are going to ignore it, we may as well remove the clutter. Article 3: We are non-interventionalists, we should not be involved with missile defense. Article 4: We're currently dissolving the monarchy and this treaty will need be in need of readdressing Article 5: It has been a long time since we have heard from Rilandor, nor does the monarchy currently hold prosperity. With the political change, we may become friends with Rilandor again, but that will depend on the actions of both nations at present, not 100 years ago. Article 6: This is another military alliance and as a non-interventionalist nation, we should wash our hands of forcing ourselves to go to war for the actions of another nation, especially an unjust war. Article 7: There are numerous reasons for this one, and with only a list of one, we should withdraw. In this case, we shall use "(B) chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and related countermeasures;". These measures are no longer supported by the nation, and as such, we can only withdraw.
