Bill: Refugee Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Dorvish Popular Front
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2044
Description[?]:
Do the people of Dorvik really wish to be flooded with tribes of refugees? I think that the majority bring with them disease, crime, cultures that conflict with our own and many could find sanctuary elsewhere. Obviously, we shall take it on a case-by-case examination and so all refugees will have to apply for refugee status. It only makes sense that they must apply through official channels, as that is the only way we can judge who is in desperate need of asylum, and we can monitor them and how they are fitting into the country. |
