Message | Is it the right wing parties agenda to reverse all the progress made by Rutania over the last decade? |
Date | 00:58:00, October 31, 2009 CET | From | Rutanian Heritage Party | To | Debating the Repeal of Gun Restrictions 2840 |
Message | We cannot speak for other parties, but that is exactly the RHP's intention - what the LDP calls 'progress' is, in fact, regression. |
Date | 01:29:12, October 31, 2009 CET | From | Coalition for Terran Conciousness | To | Debating the Repeal of Gun Restrictions 2840 |
Message | Terra opposes any policies which may increase the availability of instruments that may harm zir. |
Date | 01:53:28, October 31, 2009 CET | From | Rutanian Restoration Party | To | Debating the Repeal of Gun Restrictions 2840 |
Message | If by progress the LDP means expansion of government, then our answer is yes. We share the opinion of the RHP on this matter. |
Date | 10:30:15, October 31, 2009 CET | From | People's Party of Rutania | To | Debating the Repeal of Gun Restrictions 2840 |
Message | Don't the OP usually share the opinion of the REP? We at the PPR are confused. |

Message | We are not the same party, we have different leadership and have traditionally different views on certain issues. We agree on most constitutional issues though. If you review the history of Rutania then you will find that the REP was formerly in opposition to the OP. But that was a long time ago. |

Message | As far as I can tell the Orange Party are just the whipping boy of the REP. Why else do they back them in every election? |
Date | 23:20:21, October 31, 2009 CET | From | Rutanian Restoration Party | To | Debating the Repeal of Gun Restrictions 2840 |
Message | Very good argument by the LDP and PPR. The debate is about gun laws, not RRC protocol. |
Date | 00:27:06, November 04, 2009 CET | From | People's Party of Rutania | To | Debating the Repeal of Gun Restrictions 2840 |
Message | Didn't the REP support the previous Guns Control legislation, or were they hoping to slip their vote in without anyone noticing? Has anybody seen the leader of the REP in the same room as the OP leader? |

Message | I do not believe we should explain our options to the Senate, still in this case I shall make an exception. When the previous bill was debated we were constrained by the existence of a terrorist group and of a political faction supporting them. Now things has changed: The terrorists flee the country and the respective political faction was replaced by another. Things are all right now in Rutania. We have a stable government, a peaceful country so there is no need any more for the previous restrictions. Pierre LeBon, President of the REP OOC: haha, what do you think, the REP leader slips out of the hall, changes his suit and puts up a fake moustache and nose and becomes OP leader:)) |
Date | 14:38:53, November 04, 2009 CET | From | Liberal Democratic Party | To | Debating the Repeal of Gun Restrictions 2840 |
Message | Isn't it better to stop terrorists using guns before they attack instead of after? |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
